Retaliation Claims On The Rise
In Illinois the number of retaliation lawsuits as a result of discrimination claims is on the rise. The employers in this state seem to be punishing employees who report sexual harassment or other forms of discrimination. The employers may feel that in this tough and tight economy they can do as they please--they can't.
